Each pack contains:

• An introductory letter
• A personalised adoption certificate
• A fact sheet
• A cuddly soft toy

Our supporters fund a large amount of the Trust’s work – every single adoption does make a difference!

Please ensure you have given us full name (Christian name and surname) of both the buyer and the person it is for, along with full address for each person in order to process the order through our system. Any queries please email wwc@welshwildlife.org

Please note parcels are collected on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday shortly after 12 noon. Orders placed after 11.30am on Friday onwards will be despatched on the following Wednesday.

Christmas Post: Last posting day is Friday 21 December 2025. Orders received after 10am will be posted Wednesday 7 January 2026 although we will try and get them out on the Friday if possible.
