Important Information regarding Christmas 2024 orders and despatch dates

Last International orders receipt to ensure Christmas delivery Tuesday 10^th December, orders will be shipped on 11^th December.

Last UK orders receipt to ensure Christmas delivery Thursday 19^th December, orders will be shipped on 20^th December.

Any orders received after the 19^th December will be processed from Sat 4 January 2025 and shipped on Wed 8 January 2025

Parcels are collected from the Welsh Wildlife Centre Wednesday to Friday by Royal Mail shortly after 12 noon

Orders received after 11am Friday will be despatched the following Wednesday.

The Welsh Wildlife Centre is closed Monday and Tuesday.

You may have to change the flag to the country you reside in to complete this process.

Overseas parcels are sent Royal Mail International Tracked.
